	P.T.M.T. (SYMET) i.e. Synthetic Metal Bath Assets	Other Conventional Fittings Made Of Brass/C.P.
1.	Anti-Theft Features
	These have no resale value. Chances of its being stolen away are very less.	These have got resale value and thus are stolen.
	P.T.M.T. fittings scrap cannot be remolded again.	These are easy to cast again.
	P.T.M.T. scrap does not mix with other plastics.	These are easy to mix with other metals.
	Once these fittings are fixed with arldite on their threads cannot be un-screwed. In case unscrewed these will be broken, hence cannot be re-used.	There is no solution.
2.	Maintenance Free
	No special tool is required to fix them	Special tool is required to fix them
	No thread or white paint is required while fixing. At the most Teflon Tape can be used in case mother Socket Threads are not in-tact.	Thread and white paint is required to fix them
	Working temperature of these fittings is from - 45ºC to 100ºC and are neutral to feel.	These will feel hot/cold while in use.
	Neoprin washer is being used which remains intact due to negligible friction hence gives maintenance free service for long time.	These start leaking after some time, due to friction between washer and washer seat (metal). Hence add to maintenance expenses.
	No effect of alkalies, dilute acids and are resistant to marine water and atmospheric effects.	These are effected by dilute acids alkalies and are affected by saline water and atmospheric humidity.
	These are bad conductor of heat and electricity.	These are good Conductor of heat and electricity.
	P.T.M.T. (SYMET) Bottle Trap has a single molded structure, hence no leakage point. It is provided with 25 mm water seal to prevent foul smell. It is easy to clean one does not require special tool to open the Bottom Check nut	C.P. Bottle Trap comes in three pieces hence has number of leakage points. It cannot be cleaned easily and require special tools to open the bottom check nut.
	P.T.M.T. (SYMET) Ball Cocks are easy to fit and do not attract algae. So, it gives maintenance free service for long time	Brass Ball Cock start leaking after sometime due to scaling on the inner wall of Ball Cock body and on seat.
	P.T.M.T. (SYMET) Swiveling Shower holes do not get clogged because there is no effect of saline water.	C.P. Showers holes start clogging after some time
3.	Cost Effective
	P.T.M.T. SYMET fittings are cheaper by 50 to 60 percent than C.P. Brass standard fittings and are not stolen.	Best fittings are available in C.P. These are costly and prone to theft, hence cause lot of inconvenience clubbed with financial losses.
	These gives maintenance free service in the longer run.	These are not cost effective.
4.	Aesthetic View
	P.T.M.T. SYMET fittings are available in 12 beautiful shades to match the bathroom tiles and can be easily cleaned.	C.P. Brass fittings have only one colour and can't be cleaned after being rusted/scaled.
